Worried about purchasing online?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options within 30 days from the sale date and that the items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items are deemed faulty.

CREDIT

If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for credit, you can do so by filling out the returns form below and selecting Exchange or Return for Credit. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note.

REFUND

If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for full-priced items that are returned within 30 days from the sale date. Simply fill out the form below and select Refund. After approval simply head over to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse and are deemed refundable, we'll issue a refund.

SALES ITEMS

Any sale items purchased are eligible for store credit ONLY, strictly no refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty. This includes items purchased during promotions. Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the sale date. If you choose to return your sale item for a store credit and want to re-purchase the same item in a different size, we cannot offer the same discounted price.

Exchanges on faulty/damaged items are only granted by a Kits Beach Co. representative and are subject to stock availability. Please allow 4 days from the time we receive your order for your return or exchange to be processed.
