Shipping.
We use the shipping platform Chit Chats for all orders. This allows us to choose the fastest shipping method available and provides full visibility & tracking. The standard flat rate shipping within Canada is $12.99 or we offer FREE pick-up from 2151 Burrard Street in Vancouver.
Orders placed after 5 pm on Fridays or before public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. During sales or promotional periods, we aim to ship all orders ASAP however due to unpredictable increased order volumes, processing, and shipping times may be slightly delayed.
SHIPPING TO THE STATES
We offer international shipping to the US for a flat $19.99 fee. International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate from the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer chooses not to pay duties on import and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a full refund when the parcel is received. The refund for the value of the goods purchased will be less any and all return costs occurred.
